Ride the Heart of the Valley is an annual One Health charity bike ride benefiting the Olive K. Britt Emergency Endowment at the OSU Veterinary Hospital and the Johnson Dental Clinic at the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis. This year’s theme is wildlife reservoirs of zoonotic diseases.

Route Options
5K Dog Jog/Walk
This route starts at 11:30am. Don't feel like biking? Bring your dogs instead (on a leash please!) and run or walk this on-campus route. |
12 Mile (19 km)
This route starts at 11am and is primarily on separated bike paths, in bike lanes or on neighborhood streets. We encourage occasional or new cyclists and families to ride this route. There will be one rest stop with child-friendly activities, snacks and drinks! |
30 Mile (48 km)
This route starts at 9:30am and will wind around Corvallis before heading southwest down the Willamette Valley and over to Philomath. It is designed for slightly more experienced riders and has moderate hills. This route will have two rest stops with snacks and drinks. This route also has a 26-mile hill bypass option. |
62 Mile (100 km)
This route starts at 8am and is intended for experienced cyclists who want an early-season endurance ride. It proceeds down the Willamette valley to Harrisburg where it turns north and heads back to Corvallis on Peoria road. This route will have three rest stops, each with snacks and drinks. |

Late online registration closes on April 28, 2017 at 11:59pm and is the same price as on-site registration.
Registration includes lunch and drinks at rest stops, mechanical service provided before the ride, support during the ride, lunch and music during the after-party. Pre-registrants get a free water bottle while supplies last!
